Brian Spoerl specializes in developing, capitalizing and leasing medical office buildings throughout the United States. He has leased medical space to more than 100 hospital and physician groups around the country and transacted millions of dollars worth of real estate throughout his career. He offers a unique understanding of the medical office market from the eyes of the hospital and the needs of physicians. Recent work with national healthcare clients includes implementing the following strategies:
- Strategic hospital service line and market share expansion initiatives in primary and key secondary markets
- Physician investment and alignment opportunities through real estate equity participation
- Physician leasing and strategic alignment initiatives

Brian began his real estate career at Irgens and spent six years with the firm focusing mainly on medical office leasing and pre-development efforts. In 2002, Brian left Irgens to form his own brokerage firm and later sold the company to join Marcus & Millichap Investment Services. From there, and prior to returning to Irgens, Brian was assistant vice president and leasing manager at HSA|PrimeCare in Chicago.
